Business Systems Analyst – IT Compliance

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a professional to join their IT compliance team. This role focuses on supporting the implementation of compliance-related systems while combining business analysis with project delivery.

• Gather and analyze business and compliance requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Implement and configure systems through hands-on technical work.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with IT teams, system owners, and various stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance of implemented digital solutions.

• You bring 3+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements writing.
• You have a strong IT background with hands-on experience in system implementation.
• You possess a solid understanding of CSV and compliance contexts.
• You're a collaborative professional with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver projects from A to Z.
• You are fluent in English.
