Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Development Analyst to join their analytical development team. The role focuses on the development, validation, and transfer of robust physico-chemical methods for biological and chemical processes from clinical phases to commercialization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments for analytical method development and validation.
  • Manage daily laboratory activities related to method transfers and release testing.
  • Author and approve technical documentation including procedures, protocols, and reports.
  • Analyze experimental results and perform data verification to ensure accuracy.
  • Present and discuss analytical findings in cross-functional project team meetings.
  • Maintain strict compliance with GMP, HSE, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in biochemistry or analytical chemistry.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong laboratory skills.
  • You possess expertise in analytical method development and validation.
  • You have practical experience with chromatography (SEC, RP, IEX, HILIC, HIC) or capillary electrophoresis (CZE, CGE, iCE, Maurice).
  • You have a solid understanding of protein chemistry and polymer separation techniques.
  • You're able to handle multiple priorities and maintain good working relationships in a matrix environment.
  • You are fluent in English.
