Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to act as the central link between internal departments and technical teams. This role focuses on analyzing incoming technical requests, prioritizing work, and ensuring the effective assignment of tasks to technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming technical requests.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into specific technical actions.
- Coordinate and dispatch work orders to the appropriate technicians or specialized teams.
- Monitor task progress to ensure the timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Support communication flows between technical departments and internal stakeholders.
- Provide consistent feedback and follow-up to internal clients regarding their requests.
- Oversee the smooth coordination of maintenance and general technical activities.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor or Master in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- You bring relevant technical experience.
- You possess the ability to analyze complex technical questions and translate them into actionable tasks.
- You're recognized for your strong communication and coordination skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
