Our client, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Process Engineer to join their manufacturing excellence team. The project focuses on providing technical expertise for assembly and packaging lines within a highly active production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide process support for manufacturing units, specifically for medical device assembly and blister packaging lines.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new equipment, processes, and products.
  • Deliver operational support through process troubleshooting and deviation analysis.
  • Manage CAPAs related to process issues and oversee small-scale projects or change controls.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and development teams during FAT and equipment reception.
  • Participate in shop-floor activities including testing, trials, and machine ownership.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in an industrial production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or food industry.
  • You bring expertise in process manufacturing with a focus on packaging, assembly, or blister lines.
  • You possess a hands-on mindset and the ability to challenge equipment and define complex processes.
  • You're proactive and solution-oriented with the communication skills required to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in French with a good knowledge of English.
