Test Specialist – Case Management & Public Safety Systems

Our client, a leading organization in the public safety sector, is looking for a specialist to oversee testing within their case management application landscape. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of mission-critical software through structured test preparation, execution, and follow-up.

• Prepare, execute, and monitor comprehensive test activities within the case management ecosystem.
• Develop detailed test scenarios for various projects and system modifications.
• Perform functional and regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to maintain high quality standards.
• Implement and maintain a structured, professional testing methodology across the project.
• Monitor and report on the overall quality and performance of system releases.

• You have 3+ years of experience as a test specialist focused on business-critical applications.
• You bring experience with Test Automation methodologies and tools.
• You possess knowledge of formal testing methods and professional quality assurance techniques.
• You're able to work independently and take proactive initiative within a quality-driven environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with testing tools such as Cypress, Ranorex, or X-ray.
• Knowledge of the Atlassian Stack, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with JSON configuration and C# development.
• Ability to build database queries and perform code reviews.
• Knowledge of functional testing and specialized testing suites.
