Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, is seeking a professional to support a large-scale digital transformation project. This role focuses on translating future process designs into concrete ways of working, ensuring compliant clinical data management and refined governance models across global operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive process rewiring by translating future process designs into refined ways of working and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Lead working sessions with SMEs and process excellence teams to capture process details and drive process engineering activities.
- Create standardized templates for key process documents and guidelines to ensure consistency across all organizational assets.
- Support the formal documentation of future-state processes, including process models, procedural documents, and SOP updates.
- Develop training strategies, materials, and KPI measurements to ensure process changes are practically implemented and sustained.
- Identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities to optimize process performance and maintain version control.
Requirements
- You possess a Master's degree or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
- You have 2+ years of experience in process excellence or large-scale transformation, ideally within agile or product-oriented environments.
- You bring expertise in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including knowledge of GxP regulations and Data Integrity principles.
- You have hands-on experience with BPM tools for process modeling, documentation, and workflow improvement.
- You possess strong structured thinking skills and the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
- You're proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in fast-changing environments.
- You are fluent in English.
