Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and mobility sector, is seeking a specialist for a digital manufacturing implementation within their S/4HANA program. The role focuses on providing shopfloor solutions for component repair and refurbishment activities in central workshops.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of digital manufacturing solutions in collaboration with the production planning and technical departments.
- Steer the solution design towards clean core principles and established organizational guidelines.
- Identify and implement creative solutions for complex issues within the production environment.
- Maintain a clear overview of the project scope while ensuring all rules and procedures are followed.
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver high-quality results.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the manufacturing execution landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing large SAP implementations within PP and MES environments.
- Proven experience implementing MES solutions such as SAP MII integrated with SAP PP.
- You possess a current SAP PP certification.
- You bring excellent communication skills and the ability to perform well under stressful conditions.
- You're a proactive, curious learner with a self-starting and solution-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French at C1 level with at least B2 proficiency in English and the other national language.
Nice to Haves
- Functional knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- Experience participating in change management using ADKAR and SAP Activate methodologies.
- Background in Asset Management within a rail or mobility context.
- Experience with MRO activities and refurbishment of line-replaceable units.
- Expertise in O365 applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.

- Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite)
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
