Microsoft 365 Consultant – Digital Workspace & Automation

Our client, a leading service provider, is looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to optimize their digital workspace through technical configuration and business analysis. The role focuses on translating internal requirements into effective applications within the Microsoft ecosystem while supporting agile product delivery.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to define the scope and technical implementation of various use cases.
• Analyze complex business processes to translate functional needs into specific applications and Microsoft configurations.
• Provide expert advice on functional improvements and security optimizations within the internal system landscape.
• Manage and configure the Microsoft tenant, including access rights, document settings, and the development of technical scripts.
• Coordinate implementation trajectories with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation within the business architecture repository to support ongoing IT and architecture projects.

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, and Office 365.
• Experience managing technical implementations within large-scale environments of 500+ employees.
• Knowledge of system configuration and administrative scripting within Microsoft 365.
• Practical experience working within Agile or SCRUM environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to facilitate decisions among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with carve-in and carve-out trajectories.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
