Program Management Officer

Our client is a leading organization in the energy sector dedicated to developing sustainable and reliable infrastructure. This role focuses on providing governance and project management support across a portfolio of strategic programs to ensure high-quality delivery and efficiency.

• Provide governance and guidelines to support program managers and project leaders in project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress regarding timing, costs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Support project leaders in resource management and adherence to agreed-upon constraints.
• Facilitate coordination and communication between various program streams and stakeholders.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success.
• Ensure the application of standardized project management methodologies across the portfolio.

• 2+ years of experience in a PMO role or in project management.
• Strong expertise in risk mitigation, coordination, and people management.
• You possess an assertive, proactive, and result-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
