Project Temperature Strategy & Execution Lead

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Project Temperature Strategy & Execution Lead to manage temperature strategy and execution activities for clinical supplies across all trial phases. The role focuses on ensuring compliant temperature management while serving as a subject matter expert for excursions and passive shipper strategies within the clinical supply chain.

• Oversee temperature strategy governance across internal departments and external partners to ensure clinical trial compliance.
• Ensure all temperature management activities align with global standards, SOPs, and GxP guidelines.
• Act as the subject matter expert and spokesperson during audits and inspections regarding temperature strategy topics.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of passive shipper strategies for clinical supply distribution.
• Drive strategic initiatives and process excellence using FPX and project management best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues through root cause analysis and metric reviews.

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science.
• You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical supply chain, logistics, or temperature-controlled distribution.
• You possess strong knowledge of GxP requirements, temperature management principles, and investigational medicinal product distribution.
• You have experience leading strategic initiatives using FPX or similar project management methodologies.
• You're an effective communicator with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in English.
