Expert Program Manager – Digital Transformation & ICT Strategy

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives within their ICT department. The role involves translating strategic goals into actionable programs focusing on data, AI, and enterprise platforms to drive organizational progress.

• Structure large-scale transformation programs focusing on SAP, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms.
• Translate strategic guidelines into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate a team of project managers to ensure alignment and synergy across multiple interdependent projects.
• Manage program risks, budgets, resources, and complex dependencies to guarantee timely execution.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment between technical teams, enterprise architecture, and business departments.
• Oversee change management strategies to drive the effective adoption of new digital solutions.
• Support procurement processes and public tenders related to program initiatives.

• You have 8+ years of experience in program management within large-scale ICT environments.
• You possess 8+ years of experience leading complex, multi-project transformation programs.
• You bring 5+ years of experience operating at both strategic and operational levels.
• You have 3+ years of experience managing and coordinating teams of project managers.
• You possess 3+ years of experience in financial management, including budget oversight and tracking.
• You have experience with large-scale platforms such as SAP, AI, and Data ecosystems.
• You're familiar with public procurement and tender processes.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French (C1) with B1 level in the other language and B2 level in English.
