Omnichannel Content Production Governance & Delivery Lead

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a professional to establish and manage the governance framework for omnichannel content production and delivery. This role focuses on coordinating campaign assets across multiple international markets, ensuring alignment between market demand and production capacity. The position involves driving end-to-end delivery through structured workflows and proactive stakeholder management to ensure high-quality output.

• Lead the end-to-end production and delivery of omnichannel materials by coordinating requirements across various production teams and approval workflows.
• Establish an overarching governance framework for content production forecasting, demand management, and portfolio prioritization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for priority markets to ensure their requirements are captured, assessed, and progressed consistently.
• Develop integrated delivery plans and milestones while monitoring progress against risks and resource constraints.
• Consolidate market forecasts into an integrated view of anticipated production demand and resource requirements.
• Facilitate governance meetings and produce decision-ready reports for leadership regarding portfolio status and capacity.
• Identify opportunities to standardize or reuse content and solutions across different markets to improve scalability.

• You have 8+ years of experience in project and delivery management specifically within omnichannel content, campaign operations, or marketing operations.
• You bring a proven track record in demand management including forecasting, capacity planning, and portfolio prioritization.
• You possess extensive experience coordinating complex portfolios involving multiple markets, teams, and international stakeholders.
• You have expertise in establishing governance frameworks and production reporting systems to track delivery status and dependencies.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to identify delivery risks and provide clear recommendations for escalation.
• You are fluent in English.
