Senior Functional Analyst – Public Sector & Healthcare Solutions

Our client, a prominent public institution dedicated to social security and healthcare services, is seeking an experienced professional to lead business process optimization. The role focuses on analyzing complex workflows and delivering detailed specifications to ensure digital solutions align perfectly with organizational goals.

• Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to map and understand core business processes.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional documentation for technical implementation teams.
• Ensure the final technical solution remains aligned with the initial business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze data and evaluate information critically to define the scope of the project.
• Map current and future process states to identify areas for digital transformation.
• Assess the cross-functional impact of decisions across various organizational departments.

• 8+ years of experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis using BPMN, UML, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• 3+ years of experience in Testing and quality assurance activities.
• 3+ years of experience using Storytelling techniques to communicate complex concepts.
• You possess strong conceptual thinking skills to translate abstract ideas into practical solutions.
• You bring a critical mindset and the ability to analyze information across functional boundaries.
• You're an excellent communicator with proven experience in leading stakeholder workshops.
• You have active knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.

• Work regime: Full-time.
• Location: Brussels.
• Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite in Brussels).
• Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
