Our client, a professional federation providing digital solutions for legal services, is looking for an ITSM Quality & Compliance Officer. The role focuses on enhancing asset management maturity and ensuring IT service processes align with regulatory frameworks such as ISO27001 and DORA.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the architecture for asset management and the configuration management database (CMDB).
  • Ensure ITSM processes including Incident, Change, and Service Level Management comply with ISO27001, DORA, and NIS2 regulations.
  • Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor process quality and CMDB health.
  • Lead the mapping of business assets to IT infrastructure to ensure full traceability across applications.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and standard operating procedures for various stakeholders.
  • Identify automation requirements for asset management and create a strategic roadmap for implementation.

Requirements

  • You bring 5+ years of professional experience in IT support or service management domains.
  • You possess proven expertise in modeling complex workflows using BPMN and UML.
  • You have a solid understanding of IT service delivery best practices such as ITIL V4 or USM.
  • You possess hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, TOPdesk, or Jira Service Management.
  • You have the ability to define relevant KPIs and build reporting dashboards for quality and compliance.
  • You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.
  • You're proactive with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive change.
  • You are fluent in English with native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French and a good understanding of the other national language.

  • Experience with certification audits.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Start date: 08/06/2026.
  • Work regime: Full-time or 80%.
  • Location: Brussels.
  • Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite).
  • Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
