Senior Consultant – Agile Scaling & Delivery Enablement

Our client, a leading European energy infrastructure operator, is looking for a consultant to lead the implementation of a federated scaled agile framework. This role focuses on aligning strategic portfolio goals with IT execution and driving delivery excellence across a multi-country organization.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the agile scaling transformation program within the organization.
• Manage the definition and implementation of a federated scaled agile framework aligned with the existing product operating model.
• Act as an interim lead for delivery enablement to ensure seamless alignment between product, portfolio, and IT delivery.
• Formalize secure software development lifecycle standards and integrate them into application lifecycle management.
• Drive performance tracking and delivery metrics to enhance organizational predictability and performance.
• Facilitate leadership alignment and foster the adoption of new agile ways of working across various entities.

• 10+ years experience in IT delivery, agile environments, or large product-centric organizations.
• 8+ years implementing and running scaled agile frameworks, specifically SAFe, within multi-country environments.
• You bring proven expertise in defining and optimizing delivery practices, frameworks, and operating models.
• You possess strong analytical skills focused on performance tracking and delivery metrics.
• You have a Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• You’re experienced in leading and developing teams in complex, cross-functional settings.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• You possess a collaborative and pragmatic approach to continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with regulatory compliance and audit standards.
• Knowledge of scaling UX and QA roles within agile frameworks.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project requirements.
