Change Manager – Workplace Management (part-time)

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is undertaking a major digital transformation of its internal workplace management infrastructure. The role focuses on leading the human side of change to ensure high-level engagement and successful adoption of new systems across the organization.

• Design and drive a comprehensive change plan using structured methodologies such as ADKAR.
• Create conditions for successful adoption by anticipating resistance and supporting impacted teams during the transition.
• Plan and coordinate change activities to ensure internal and external stakeholders are prepared for new ways of working.
• Collaborate with core project teams to align communication strategies and project priorities.
• Monitor progress and identify potential risks to provide clear status reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions linked to process improvement and transformation.

• You have proven experience in change management for large-scale digital transformations.
• You possess deep knowledge of the ADKAR methodology and its practical application.
• You're experienced in stakeholder management and engaging with diverse teams at all organizational levels.
• You bring a structured and proactive approach to planning and following up on change activities.
• You have strong skills in facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
