Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics sector, is looking for an experienced professional to lead the migration of various HR systems to SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of complex HRIT projects while ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall scope definition, planning, staffing, and delivery of SuccessFactors migration projects from initiation to closure.
- Monitor project performance and progress in accordance with established PMO guidelines and standards.
- Manage project budgets and resource planning to ensure efficient execution within financial constraints.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain delivery timelines.
- Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on project deliverables.
- Produce comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for business leadership.
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience as a SuccessFactors consultant or project manager, contributing to the implementation of modules such as Employee Central, RCM, Performance, and Learning.
- You possess 5+ years of relevant project management experience in large organizations focusing on SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- You bring proven expertise in migrating legacy environments to SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Registration Systems.
- You have advanced proficiency with project delivery tools including Jira, Confluence, and X-Ray.
- You possess a solid understanding of HRIS architecture and functional analysis.
- You are SAP SuccessFactors certified.
- You’re a professional and collaborative team player with a strong sense of openness to entrepreneurship.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French (C-level) with at least B2 level proficiency in the other and English.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruitment, Onboarding, GMPM, and LMS.
- Proven experience in team management.
Offer
- Start date: October 1st, 2026.
- Duration: project until September 30th, 2028.
- Work regime: Full-time.
- Location: Brussels.
- Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite).
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
