Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a specialist to harmonize and strengthen data integrity practices within an analytical development context. The role focuses on improving and standardizing quality practices across a complex environment while supporting a large community of scientists and analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary subject matter expert for analytical systems such as Empower and SoftMax Pro.
  • Support scientists on compliant system usage based on ALCOA+ principles.
  • Perform data integrity checks, including audit trail reviews and access verification.
  • Participate in investigations regarding deviations, root causes, and CAPAs.
  • Lead the harmonization of quality practices across various teams and departments.
  • Support inspection readiness and contribute to internal and external audits.
  • Manage technical workshops and coordinate project-based reporting.

Requirements

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical GxP environment.
  • You have senior-level expertise with analytical laboratory systems, specifically Empower.
  • You possess deep knowledge of Data Integrity principles, including ALCOA+ and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • You're able to define governance rules and system administration practices within a laboratory setting.
  • You have a structured, project-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English and able to have short discussions in French.
