Our client, a leading organization in the energy infrastructure sector, is driving a digital transformation to optimize asset management. The project focuses on implementing innovative technologies such as Industrial IoT and Artificial Intelligence to transition towards advanced predictive maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Model business processes and guide stakeholders through process redesign and comprehensive impact analyses.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements, including context diagrams, domain models, and user stories.
- Facilitate the bridge between business units and IT partners by challenging requirements and ensuring functional alignment.
- Oversee data quality initiatives and support data migration activities during system implementations.
- Validate functional analyses and perform end-to-end testing and validation of new software releases.
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user sessions to support organizational change management.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure the effective adoption of new digital tools.
Requirements
- You possess a Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent through professional experience.
- You have 5+ years of experience in capturing business requirements and modeling business processes.
- You bring proven expertise in modeling information needs and defining business domain models.
- You have experience in creating and executing structured test plans for IT systems.
- You possess experience in developing training materials and supporting end-user adoption.
- Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset to identify process improvements.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of Industrial IoT, Artificial Intelligence, or Big Data.
- Experience with the maintenance of industrial assets or Smart Assets.
- Familiarity with M2M communication and hardware sensors.
