Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is looking for a specialist to lead the operationalization of their newly procured GRC platform. The role focuses on transforming regulatory requirements into a living system that accurately reflects the organization's actual policies, controls, and evidence.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize the GRC platform from initial configuration to a live, usable state.
- Map the requirements of NIS2 and CyberFundamentals (CyFun) onto the platform's control structure.
- Identify and normalize existing compliance documentation including policies, procedures, and control descriptions.
- Structure and link documentation to the appropriate controls, frameworks, and owners within the system.
- Design a logical taxonomy to ensure system navigability as content grows.
- Identify documentation gaps and collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- You bring 3+ years of experience in GRC implementation and operationalization using IRM360.
- You possess deep knowledge of NIS2 and CyberFundamentals (CyFun) frameworks.
- You have technical experience configuring control catalogues, document repositories, and evidence linking within GRC platforms.
- You bring strong skills in structuring and normalizing complex documentation into tool-ready formats.
- You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Information Security, Compliance, or equivalent experience.
- You're proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of driving work forward independently.
- You have excellent communication skills to engage and validate content with various document owners.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a very good level of English.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and ISO 27002.
- Previous experience working within public-sector or government environments.
- Prior involvement in NIS2 readiness or CyFun implementation projects.
