The Inclusion Program Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global programs, projects, and initiatives that support the organization’s inclusion strategy and objectives.
This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, drive employee engagement, and measure the impact of inclusion efforts. The position plays a key role in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities
Program Management & Execution
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of inclusion-related programs and projects
- Drive execution in line with strategic objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
Governance & Compliance
- Audit inclusion initiatives, communications, and materials
- Ensure compliance with regional legal and regulatory requirements
- Support the review and enhancement of inclusive HR policies
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with HR, Talent teams, and business leaders
- Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in planning and execution
- Collaborate with Inclusion Leads across regions (US & EU)
- Help organize key events such as the annual ERG Summit
Communication & Awareness
- Develop communication materials (newsletters, campaigns, toolkits)
- Manage inclusion-related internal and external web content
- Support the design and delivery of training and workshops
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and impact
- Provide regular reporting on progress and outcomes
- Identify improvement opportunities through project reviews
Stakeholder & Risk Management
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Talent, ERGs, Inclusion Councils)
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and implement mitigation plans
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field
Experience
- Experience in HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), or program management
- Proven experience in project management and change management
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Solid understanding of inclusion, diversity, and social impact topics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
