Business Analyst – BPMN & SAP PM

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a professional to drive digital transformation within their assets department. The role focuses on optimizing business processes and bridging the gap between operational business units and IT partners to ensure reliable energy infrastructure.

• Model business processes and guide stakeholders through the redesign of operational workflows.
• Identify business needs and translate them into structured requirements, such as epics and user stories.
• Bridge the gap between business users and IT partners by challenging requirements and validating functional analyses.
• Harmonize business processes across different departments and international sister organizations.
• Oversee the testing and validation of new software releases post-implementation.
• Support change management by developing training materials and conducting sessions for end-users.

• You have a Master’s degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent through experience.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement elicitation, and process modeling.
• You possess advanced knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to challenge stakeholders to reach a consensus.
• You're proficient in planning and organizational management within complex project environments.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of tools such as Enterprise Architect, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Professional background in the electricity sector or industrial asset maintenance.
