Tactical & Operational Buyer Logistics

This role focuses on delivering tactical and operational procurement support for transportation and logistics categories during a phase of organizational transformation. The position acts as a vital link between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity and efficient service delivery.

• Manage logistics rate administration, including fuel updates, rate validation, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee contract management activities such as document reviews, approval workflows, and electronic signature processes.
• Support sourcing and tender activities by collecting data, preparing RFQs, and conducting bid evaluations.
• Handle spot quote requests and provide operational procurement support for various transportation requirements.
• Generate procurement reports, KPI dashboards, and value tracking insights for management.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPI reporting, meeting preparation, and action tracking.
• Coordinate the resolution of invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
• You possess professional experience in procurement, logistics, or transportation management.
• You bring experience in procurement administration, supplier management, and contract coordination.
• You possess strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• You're hands-on and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
• You are fluent in English.
