Our client, a key organization in the energy sector, is seeking a pragmatic specialist to join their delivery enablement function. This role focuses on converting strategic intent into operational standards and decision frameworks to support a sustainable energy infrastructure. The objective is to design, document, and implement a robust delivery system that balances standardization with operational pragmatism.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic intent and stakeholder input into coherent delivery frameworks and practical processes.
  • Design and document operational standards, playbooks, templates, and governance materials.
  • Manage the evolution of the Product Operating Model and common delivery ways of working.
  • Establish measurable feedback loops between standards, adoption, and delivery outcomes.
  • Coordinate dependencies between scaled agile mechanisms and delivery performance metrics.
  • Identify and resolve gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across existing ways of working.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Delivery Enablement, Transformation Office, or a similar function focused on operationalizing ways of working.
  • You possess proven experience implementing delivery governance, operating models, and enterprise ways of working.
  • You have worked in Agile at Scale environments in roles such as Agile Lead, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Delivery Lead.
  • You bring expertise in producing high-quality operational documentation, including standards, procedures, and decision frameworks.
  • You're able to structure and maintain governance repositories and process flows.
  • You have the ability to transform ambiguity into actionable deliverables and clear next steps.
  • You possess a solution-oriented mindset and can communicate complex governance topics simply.
  • You are fluent in English with knowledge of Dutch and French.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with SLA and OLA governance.
  • Familiarity with Chapter-as-a-Service methods and performance frameworks.
