Project Manager – Intelligent Transport Systems

Our client, a prominent organization in the public safety sector, is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a specialized device management system. This role focuses on scoping, planning, and executing a key technological project within the traffic management domain to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Manage project scope, planning, milestones, and deliverables based on validated parameters.
• Identify tasks, dependencies, and risks while developing and monitoring mitigation measures.
• Direct business analysts on collaborative topics and project requirements.
• Report progress, bottlenecks, and risks to stakeholders while maintaining a transparent decision log.
• Guide the setup of monitoring tools and ensure project results meet required quality standards.
• Facilitate communication and change management efforts between internal stakeholders and external partners.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing IT-technical projects.
• You have experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and knowledge management.
• You possess expertise in budget management, planning, risk assessment, and quality control.
• You bring experience in stakeholder management and vendor management.
• You're proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a structured, fact-based manner.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on discretion and integrity.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with active knowledge of English and passive knowledge of the other (French or Dutch).

Nice to Haves

• Experience in change management.
