Senior Program Manager – Traffic & Incident Management Systems

Our client, a prominent organization in the transportation and logistics sector, is seeking a strategic leader to oversee a complex IT program. This role involves managing the full program lifecycle while directly steering a specific project to ensure alignment across multiple technical and business workstreams.

• Manage the full lifecycle of the IT program, including roadmap definition, budget management, and success criteria.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a specific project within the program, maintaining direct responsibility for scope and milestones.
• Establish program governance structures, including steering committees, reporting mechanisms, and escalation processes.
• Monitor dependencies between projects, teams, and external suppliers to proactively address risks and delivery conflicts.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with project teams to ensure business, functional, and security aspects remain aligned.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and facilitate timely decision-making for critical program issues.
• Support the transition of project deliverables to operational and support teams.

• You have 8+ years of experience in IT project and program management.
• You bring 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• You possess 1+ year of experience with traffic management or incident management systems within operational environments such as railway, aviation, or logistics.
• You're experienced in coordinating multiple interdependent workstreams and managing program-level governance.
• You have a proven track record in budget forecasting, financial reporting, and resource management.
• You possess a Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.
