Our client, a prominent player in the energy sector, is looking for a specialist to support a large-scale IT evolution program. This role focuses on bridging organizational and technical gaps through the definition and implementation of robust governance frameworks. The successful candidate will ensure consistency across implementation initiatives while fostering stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Clarify and detail the scope of implementation initiatives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Align organizational gaps with implementation initiatives to ensure consistent coverage and avoid overlaps.
  • Define governance guidelines, design business processes, and establish clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Implement governance frameworks by securing stakeholder buy-in and providing necessary training materials.
  • Establish governance bodies and collaboration entities such as Centers of Excellence or Guilds.
  • Deliver on-the-job support and manage dependencies between various strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Business Process Analysis, or Business Architecture.
  • You possess a master’s degree in a technical or economic field.
  • You bring an affinity with IT Infrastructure, Applications, Communication, and IoT.
  • You are an assertive communicator capable of building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • You're client-oriented, empathic, and possess strong problem-solving skills to find consensus.
  • You have a highly analytical and critical mindset.
  • You are mature enough to manage activities independently and work in a self-directed manner.
  • You are fluent in English with fluency in either French or Dutch.

  • Interest or experience in the electricity sector.
