Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is seeking a Service Integration & Knowledge Management Coordinator to improve their ICT service delivery. The role focuses on monitoring service provider performance, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless knowledge sharing across a multi-vendor ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and integrate ICT services delivered by multiple specialized providers to ensure a unified user experience.
  • Monitor and validate performance data from service suppliers to maintain structural service improvements.
  • Develop and optimize business processes (BPM) to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management and oversee project management facets including planning, timing, and cost estimation.
  • Establish end-to-end reporting frameworks and track KPIs to provide transparent data-driven insights.
  • Maintain the Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS) to support continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in general business operations specifically within an ICT environment.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • You possess 2+ years of experience with reporting and KPIs.
  • You have experience with BPM (Business Process Management) development and optimization.
  • You bring a proven track record in Project Management including planning, estimations, and cost coordination.
  • You possess experience with incident analysis and SKMS (Service Knowledge Management System).
  • You have knowledge of BI or Datawarehouse environments.
  • You provide a concrete case study of setting up end-to-end reporting in a multi-vendor environment.
  • You are proactive and demonstrate a hands-on mentality regarding knowledge maintenance.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working within a government or public sector context.
  • Practical experience in supporting service providers with knowledge sharing and maintenance.
