Our client, a prominent player in project-based industrial manufacturing, is looking for a Production Planner to serve as the backbone of their operational delivery. This role involves translating complex project portfolios into realistic, capacity-driven plans while proactively managing bottlenecks and material availability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated production plans for assembly projects in alignment with delivery milestones and project gates.
  • Sequence and prioritize work across assembly phases while balancing capacity constraints and floor space.
  • Safeguard material readiness through structured shortage checks and close collaboration with the supply chain department.
  • Manage production orders and maintain accurate planning master data within the system to ensure reliable outputs.
  • Act as the central point of contact to align priorities between project management, production, warehouse, and validation.
  • Track planning KPIs such as schedule adherence and on-time delivery to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or logistics.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in production or project planning, ideally within a machine-building environment.
  • You possess strong, hands-on experience with SAP (S4HANA) and Excel.
  • You have an analytical and structured mindset with a talent for turning complex plans into clear, visual overviews.
  • You're a proactive communicator and connector who can keep multiple departments aligned and moving forward.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Experience with MS Power Platform.
  • Active knowledge of French.
