IAM & Security Automation Specialist – SailPoint & PowerShell

Our client, a major organization in the utility sector, is looking for an IAM & Security Automation Specialist to provide operational and technical support to ongoing security projects. The role involves evolving the identity governance environment and automating certificate lifecycle processes within a complex enterprise infrastructure.

• Provide technical and operational support for Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the SailPoint environment, resolving complex IAM-related issues.
• Automate certificate lifecycle and renewal activities within a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline security-related operational processes.
• Support the integration between IAM solutions and the existing IT infrastructure.
• Document technical solutions, operational procedures, and automated processes.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve security operations.

• You possess 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including identity lifecycle, access management, and governance.
• You bring 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator focusing on system setup, management, and maintenance.
• You have proven experience in automating IT or security operational processes using PowerShell or Python.
• You've gained hands-on experience with SailPoint in an enterprise IAM environment.
• You possess experience providing technical support for security and IAM solutions in a Microsoft Windows enterprise environment.
• You are fluent in English with fluency in French or Dutch and a good knowledge of the other national language.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of enterprise authentication technologies and protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, OIDC, or SSO.
• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), role modelling, and periodic recertification processes.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Experience with ITIL processes, specifically change management.
