Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a professional QA Officer to join their quality team. This role focuses on supporting distribution processes and ensuring product quality compliance within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare batch releases for distribution by collecting supplier information and performing final document screenings.
  • Initiate pre-market supply incidents and CAPA actions related to administrative release processes.
  • Maintain the QMS in alignment with GxP standards, legislation, and organizational guidelines.
  • Support the implementation of self-inspections and the monitoring of corrective actions.
  • Review returned goods to ensure batch traceability and provide assistance for recall procedures.
  • Coordinate the transmission of quality complaints and adverse events to the responsible local safety representatives.

Requirements

  • You bring 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar quality assurance environment within the life sciences sector.
  • You have experience in quality assurance including CAPA & batch release.
  • You possess knowledge of GDP processes, GxP standards, and QMS maintenance.
  • You're a responsible professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.
  • You are fluent in English with a good working knowledge of Dutch or French.

  • Scientific background in pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience working with SAP and TrackWise.
