We are urgently seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide operational HR support within a complex, matrix-driven organization.
The role focuses on supporting the full employee lifecycle, with an initial emphasis on administrative and operational HR tasks, and potential evolution toward broader talent liaison responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
HR Operations Support
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers)
- Prepare and validate offer proposals, including compensation elements
- Update HR systems (TalentShare / HRIS) and ensure data accuracy
- Support organizational changes and restructuring processes
- Prepare exit calculations and administrative documentation
- Assist with reintegration and absence-related processes
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for Talent Partners and managers
- Handle employee and manager queries
- Provide clear, structured explanations and constructive feedback
- Manage sensitive HR cases with discretion and professionalism
- Confidently handle pushback and challenge when needed
Data & Administration
- Ensure high-quality HR data maintenance
- Document all HR actions accurately and consistently
- Prioritize workload in a dynamic and evolving environment
Requirements
Required Profile
Experience
- Approximately 5 years of experience in HR Operations (medior level preferred)
- Junior profiles may be considered if they demonstrate strong maturity and adaptability
- Background in payroll, HR administration, or HR officer roles is a plus
- Exposure to HR Business Partnering or consultancy environments is an advantage
Must-Have Skills
- Strong HR operations experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Analytical and critical thinking mindset
- Solid understanding of HR processes and legal basics
- Strong stakeholder management and confidence in handling pushback
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a complex, matrix organization
Nice to Have
- Dutch language skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- HRIS experience (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations or consulting environments
