Senior Functional & Technical Analyst – Telecom Connectivity Solutions

Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a Senior Functional & Technical Analyst. The role involves defining IT solutions for network connectivity and service activation systems to ensure high-quality business processes and alignment with strategic goals.

• Translate business and IT requirements into robust functional and technical specifications.
• Design scalable solutions and provide structured documentation for development and testing teams.
• Estimate project costs and assess the impact on the overall IT architecture.
• Guide development teams through the implementation cycle and provide technical support.
• Collaborate within an agile squad to report progress and mitigate potential risks.
• Participate in defining architectural best practices for maintainable and secure solutions.

• 8+ years of experience in functional and technical analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Java, RDBMS, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong background in MS Azure and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in SOA, REST, SOAP, and microservices construction.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• In-depth understanding of UML and Agile development principles.
• Solid understanding of the complete IT lifecycle from analysis to testing.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in English with knowledge of French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of standard models like TM forum.
• Familiarity with telecommunication networks such as copper, fiber optic, xDSL, Ethernet, or IP.
