Junior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Resource Coordination

Our client, a leading organization in the railway and transport sector, is looking for a professional to oversee a diverse portfolio of ongoing initiatives. The role focuses on providing strategic structure and operational clarity to ensure the successful delivery of multiple key projects within a complex environment.

• Analyze current project activities and resource allocation to maintain a clear operational overview.
• Establish and maintain project priorities to guide the team toward strategic objectives.
• Implement organizational structure and order across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Configure and manage Jira boards to optimize project tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective business analysis.
• Monitor project statuses and report on progress to maintain transparency.

• 1+ year experience in project management or a related coordination role.
• You have proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder alignment.
• You possess practical knowledge of setting up and managing Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
• You're able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a structured overview.
• You bring a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and organizational tasks.
• You are fluent in French with proficiency in another national language.

Nice to Haves

• Degree or background in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Previous experience as a business analyst with project management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of the railway industry.
• Proficiency in English.
