Our client is seeking an analytical professional to join their specialized team focused on the enterprise tooling landscape. This role involves translating complex organizational requirements into functional solutions within the Atlassian stack while driving process optimization across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Translate user requirements into functional configurations and solutions within the Atlassian stack.
- Analyze complex business inquiries to design clear process flows and implement organizational optimizations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and managing dependencies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define API integrations and software development lifecycle processes.
- Support the professionalization of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Advise and challenge stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to ensure robust solution delivery.
- Utilize Microsoft and Atlassian tools to maintain project transparency and structure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or in a similar project-led capacity.
- Proven expertise with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), software development, or system integrations.
- Experience with API fundamentals and technical integration workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft productivity and project management tools.
- You bring strong analytical insight combined with the ability to take ownership of project outcomes.
- You possess a mature communication style suitable for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- You're proactive, resilient, and capable of driving change even in the face of resistance.
- You are fluent in Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with advanced Atlassian marketplace integrations.
