Responsibilities

As an ideal candidate, you are a knowledgeable C&Q Engineer with a solid background in technical assessments and equipment qualification. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to collaborate with diverse teams to drive projects forward.
- You are responsible for the technical content of Equipment Qualification files assigned to you.
- You act as a Technical Owner within the JSC CAR-T Organisation.
- You provide business support as a Technical Owner when requested, addressing questions and technical issues.
- You make detailed assessments for projects and modifications assigned by the C&Q Lead.
- You keep status updates of projects assigned by the C&Q Lead and communicate with involved departments.
- You review and approve qualification documents written by other C&Q engineers.
- You support internal improvement projects and provide assistance during inspections.
Requirements
- You hold a Technical or scientific degree.
- You have 3–5+ years of relevant experience in equipment qualification and validation.
- You have proven experience in reviewing technical documentation like URS and test protocols.
- You possess strong problem-solving abilities.
- You are able to act as a technical SME to guide execution teams.
- You are proficient in Dutch and English.
