Our client, a prominent public agency dedicated to social housing and urban development, is seeking an experienced professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This role focuses on optimizing a complex ecosystem of applications through high-quality functional analysis and agile collaboration within a multi-team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support business analysts in structuring and concretizing complex requirements.
  • Translate business analysis into functional solutions, detailed process flows, and user stories.
  • Ensure consistency across various applications, business processes, and data streams.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and development teams during refinement and planning sessions.
  • Define and validate clear acceptance criteria and comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Contribute to project governance and decision-making processes through bodies such as the Change Control Board.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in functional analysis and translating business requirements into actionable ICT solutions.
  • You possess 5+ years of experience drafting user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in business operations specifically applied to the ICT domain.
  • You have 3+ years of experience with process modeling using BPMN and UML.
  • You're experienced with Agile and Scrum methodologies (3+ years).
  • You have proven experience with analysis documentation and business process management (BPM).
  • You possess strong stakeholder communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between business and IT.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a level of C2.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in complex multi-team and multi-application environments.
  • Knowledge of project management facets including planning, timing, and estimations.
  • Affinity with AI within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with governance, CCB, architecture, or SAFe methodologies.
  • Technical knowledge of .NET and system integrations.
