JS/PHP Developer – Web & Mobility Solutions

Our client, a major organization in the public safety sector, is looking for a professional to support the digital transformation and modernization of mobility-related ICT systems. The project focuses on integrating advanced technologies within hybrid and cloud environments to enhance operational data exploitation and security.

• Conduct functional and technical analysis to model business needs and define detailed specifications.
• Design application architectures and lead user requirement workshops and interviews.
• Develop and maintain web applications utilizing modern programming languages and data standards.
• Ensure the integration of new solutions with existing enterprise systems and databases.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Agile teams to maintain high code quality and security standards.
• Create technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guides for implemented solutions.

• 3+ years in web development with JavaScript, PHP, and XML.
• 3+ years in data management and integration using SAP and PostgreSQL.
• 3+ years in functional and technical modeling with UML, BPMN, and ERD.
• Experience working with GitLab and DevOps tools in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of Prince2 project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of GDPR regulations and ICT security principles.
• You bring strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a solution-oriented approach.
• You have active knowledge of French, Dutch, and English.
