Project Manager – Supply Chain & ERP Transformation

Our client, a major organization in the logistics and retail sector, is looking for a Project Manager to lead a complex supply chain transformation program. This role involves managing a cross-functional team of analysts to deliver integrated ERP and logistics solutions across multiple business units and IT domains.

• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional program focused on supply chain transformation and ERP systems integration.
• Manage a team of functional and technical analysts to ensure the end-to-end delivery of program objectives.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive solution roadmaps while managing dependencies between systems.
• Direct the successful delivery of scope, timelines, and resources in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead functional design workshops and validate solution fit for supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with technical teams including developers, integration specialists, and testers to ensure seamless execution.
• Establish program governance, documentation standards, and regular reporting for key stakeholders.

• You have 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within large-scale environments.
• You bring 5+ years of experience leading teams of functional and technical analysts.
• You possess 3+ years of expertise in Supply Chain processes such as procurement, warehousing, planning, and logistics.
• You have 3+ years of experience with ERP transformation or integration projects, specifically involving SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• You possess knowledge of integration concepts including IDocs, APIs, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
• You're familiar with WMS architecture, data flows, master data dependencies, and interface mapping.
• You're proactive, organized, and possess excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• You're able to drive complex programs and make effective decisions under pressure.
• You are fluent in English with Native level Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in logistics systems implementation such as WMS, TMS, or OMS.
• Functional knowledge of SAP modules including MM, WM, and SD.
• Exposure to multi-site deployments and cloud-based supply chain platforms.
• Familiarity with test automation or performance testing tools.
• Change management awareness and conflict resolution skills.
