Leadership Program Designer & Coordinator

The project involves designing and coordinating impactful leadership journeys to strengthen organizational culture, enhance strategic capabilities, and support the company’s ongoing transformation.

• Design and manage end-to-end leadership development journeys using a blended learning approach.
• Translate leadership competency needs and business strategy into structured and engaging development programs.
• Curate and source high-quality internal and external content to enrich leadership pathways.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to address specific skill and behavior gaps.
• Align organizational strategic priorities with leadership development initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with external providers, trainers, and partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Drive internal communication and change management efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption.

• You have 5+ years of experience in leadership, talent, or learning and development within a large, international organization.
• You bring expertise in designing blended learning journeys and leadership pathways using digital learning tools.
• You possess a strong command of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and coaching approaches.
• You have a solid grounding in project management, communication, and change management.
• You're a proactive professional with strong relational skills and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
• You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.
