Our client, a major player in the energy sector, is seeking a professional to support their project portfolio related to market innovations. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business transformation and market regulations by providing expertise in market operations and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage business analysis within projects focused on market coordination and data management.
  • Facilitate discussions between process owners and internal or external experts using best-practice methodologies.
  • Document workgroup findings, decisions, and proposals to ensure high-quality project documentation.
  • Develop communication and training materials to support organizational change acceptance.
  • Analyze new initiatives and change requests from both market and internal perspectives.
  • Define end-to-end test scenarios and provide support during the quality management phase.
  • Support migration and transition activities to ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
  • You bring 2+ years of experience within the energy sector.
  • You possess knowledge of MIG6 Market Processes.
  • You have experience with BPM and the optimization of business processes.
  • You bring experience in Quality Management and Acceptance Testing, including E2E scenario definition.
  • You possess experience in Change Management, specifically in developing training materials.
  • You have strong Stakeholder Management skills.
  • You're proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented.
  • You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience within the Flexmarkt.
