Process Analyst – BPMN 2.0 & Sparx EA

Our client, a leading organization in the energy infrastructure sector, is seeking a professional to drive digital transformation through process optimization. This role focuses on mapping, improving, and harmonizing business processes to support the evolving energy landscape and organizational efficiency.

• Model business processes and guide stakeholders through the redesign of their workflows.
• Challenge business requirements to define optimized to-be processes.
• Validate as-is and to-be processes to ensure broad organizational support and alignment.
• Harmonize business processes across various departments and international partner entities.
• Develop process modeling methodologies and coach other analysts on best practices.
• Support the business during post-implementation and create training materials for end-users.

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a process analyst identifying as-is and to-be requirements.
• You possess strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• You bring a Master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent through experience.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable challenging stakeholders.
• You're an excellent communicator with the ability to build consensus and persuade others.
• You're able to work both independently and within a team with a customer-oriented approach.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with a good level of the second national language and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA), Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Professional experience within the electricity or energy sector.
