Our client, a leading public sector organization, is seeking a professional to join their data integration team. The role focuses on optimizing a central data exchange platform by translating complex functional requirements into technical specifications for secure, automated services.
Responsibilities
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and developers to clarify and prioritize technical tasks.
- Analyze and design concepts for object-oriented, multi-tier, and web-enabled environments.
- Manage daily operational responsibilities, including bug tracking and resolution support.
- Model data and processes to further enhance the platform backbone.
- Support the migration and rollout of new project features within a digital transformation program.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst working on large-scale, business-critical applications.
- You possess 5+ years of experience with SOAP and REST web services.
- You bring 5+ years of experience with Oracle and EDB Postgres databases.
- You have 3+ years of experience with Atlassian tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
- You possess 3+ years of experience with Batch processing and event-driven principles.
- You bring 3+ years of experience using SoapUI or XML Spy.
- You have 1+ year of experience with CI/CD processes.
- You bring experience in OO, UML, and data or process modeling techniques.
- You are proactive and analytical with strong stakeholder management skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in Kubernetes or OpenShift environments.
- Knowledge of token-based authorization including OAuth, SSO, or ACM.
- Familiarity with the ELK stack and Jaeger tracing systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and OSLO standards.
