Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to oversee the daily monitoring and coordination of patient support programs. The project involves managing repository systems and ensuring documentation compliance within a highly regulated global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily monitoring of patient support programs and specialized patient initiatives.
  • Support the creation and review of documentation including processes, SOPs, guidance documents, and training materials.
  • Manage the central patient service repository, overseeing data maintenance, report generation, and user administration.
  • Collaborate with local project owners to ensure process compliance and completion of mandatory documentation.
  • Support the implementation of new system functionalities through formal testing, data migration, and change management activities.

Requirements

  • You bring previous professional experience within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • You have expertise in governance and GxP documentation, specifically regarding Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP).
  • You possess technical proficiency in Salesforce.com for operational use and user support.
  • You're highly skilled in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • You bring a proactive and autonomous approach with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • You are fluent in English.

  • Experience with data migration and post-go live data corrections.
