Supply Chain Manager – WMS & Logistics Solutions

Our client, a prominent organization in the logistics and retail sector, is looking for a professional to manage their warehouse management portfolio. This role functions as a strategic link between business operations and IT, focusing on optimizing end-to-end supply chain efficiency and system performance.

• Manage the WMS portfolio, including systems such as GOLD, WITRON, MANHATTAN, and DEMATIC.
• Act as the business application owner and primary liaison between logistics operations and IT departments.
• Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes by analyzing transactional data and identifying operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate business requests by prioritizing stakeholder requirements and proposing aligned technical solutions.
• Facilitate Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and process improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying LEAN principles and maintaining up-to-date process documentation.
• Support daily operations by resolving complex incidents and ensuring high service levels.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or IT consultancy within a logistics environment.
• You possess strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as GOLD, WITRON, MANHATTAN, or DEMATIC.
• You bring a proven track record in business process analysis and supply chain optimization.
• You have technical knowledge of IT processes and system integrations within a warehouse context.
• You possess experience with testing methodologies, specifically Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• You're proficient in using collaboration and project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and OneNote.
• You have a solid understanding of LEAN principles for continuous improvement.
• You're an analytical thinker capable of challenging both business and IT stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
