Our client, a leading provider of business and HR services, is looking for a Platform Support Engineer to manage their internal developer ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring platform reliability, implementing new features, and optimizing the developer experience through proactive support and technical evolution.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of the internal development platform.
- Identify and define platform improvements to be implemented by the development team through proactive monitoring.
- Deploy and configure new features and services within the internal development platform ecosystem.
- Support development teams by implementing DevOps principles and streamlined processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to platform components, resources, and deployments.
Requirements
- You possess 2+ years of professional experience with Azure cloud services.
- You have proven experience managing and maintaining Kubernetes environments.
- You bring solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software development lifecycles.
- You're skilled in monitoring and observability to translate technical data into actionable product improvements.
- You possess a strong affinity for software development and technical problem-solving.
- You have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with infrastructure and product teams.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Possession of an Azure Administrator Associate certification.
- Familiarity with the Java Spring stack.
