Expert SharePoint & M365 Specialist

Our client, a prominent organization in the transportation and infrastructure sector, is seeking an Expert SharePoint & M365 Specialist to manage their enterprise collaboration ecosystem. The role focuses on designing high-availability on-premises environments while leading complex hybrid migrations to the cloud.

• Design, install, and maintain high-availability SharePoint Server environments (2013 through SE) utilizing load balancers and certificate management.
• Execute complex Microsoft 365 hybrid setups and facilitate large-scale migrations from on-premises to online platforms.
• Develop and implement advanced automation scripts using PowerShell, REST API, and Graph API.
• Configure and manage M365 collaboration tools including Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform.
• Oversee identity management and authentication protocols using MIM, ADFS, and Azure Key Vault.
• Implement data governance and compliance solutions via Microsoft Purview, DLP, and eDiscovery.
• Manage the application lifecycle and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.

• You have 15+ years of experience in architecture, installation, and troubleshooting for SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online.
• You possess 10+ years of expertise with the M365 Suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, and OneDrive.
• You bring 10+ years of experience managing Windows Server (2012-2022) environments, including IIS and certificate management.
• You have 10+ years of experience with MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager) and Workflow Manager 2013.
• You're proficient with 10+ years in PowerShell automation, REST/Graph APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• You possess 10+ years of experience in ALM using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• You bring 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Hybrid M365 migrations and Azure application services like Logic Apps and Functions.
• You have 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Purview for compliance and data protection.
• You are flexible and willing to participate in an on-call rotation.
• You are at a C2 level in English with at least C1 proficiency in Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with ADFS authentication for on-premises infrastructure.
