Expert Process Integrator – ICT Asset Management & Governance

Our client, a major player in the national infrastructure sector, is seeking an Expert Process Integrator to streamline their operational landscape. This role focuses on optimizing the "Operate & Maintain" lifecycle by implementing robust governance, reporting, and documentation standards within a large-scale ICT environment.

• Establish and implement a governance framework for operational processes, covering Change Requests within SAP/PM, Master Data, and information security.
• Define concrete process objectives and performance metrics tailored to the organization's structure and culture.
• Document end-to-end processes, KPIs, roles, and functional workflows in alignment with the broader ICT strategy.
• Drive organizational change by supporting stakeholders through process automation, data cleansing, and transversal integration.
• Monitor total process quality and performance to propose pragmatic improvements for operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide comprehensive reporting to process owners and management.
• Develop automated workflows to ensure documentation remains current and historical changes are accurately recorded.

• 15+ years of experience in establishing operational processes for ICT asset maintenance, including governance, KPI definition, and continuous improvement.
• 15+ years of experience in formal document writing for quality policies and structured process objectives.
• 10+ years of experience managing information security compliance and quality systems.
• 10+ years of experience in process coaching to support the deployment of operational ICT processes in large organizations.
• 10+ years of experience with LEAN and ITIL standards applied to ICT operational environments.
• 10+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
• You possess experience in change management methodologies such as PROSCI.
• You bring strong presentation skills and a professional attitude suitable for senior management interactions.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C1 level.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of process improvement methods including Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and quantitative methods.
• Experience in managing organizational resistance and conflict handling during transitions.
• Proven ability in organizing and facilitating collaborative workshops.
