Our client, a leading insurance organization, is looking for a professional to join their non-life insurance division to support the setup of a new core platform. The role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT to facilitate the translation of requirements into high-quality digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the initiation and growth of a new platform project within an agile team environment.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to define core features and functional specifications.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal business departments and external delivery partners.
  • Map and document end-to-end business processes using formal modeling techniques.
  • Professionalize the business architecture and operational workflows for the mobility domain.
  • Dive into process details to ensure comprehensive E2E alignment and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of experience as a business or functional analyst within the insurance sector.
  • You bring 4+ years of domain expertise in Non-Life insurance, specifically within Mobility or motor branches.
  • You possess advanced proficiency in process modeling using BPMN and Adonis.
  • You're experienced in Agile methodologies and understand the SAFe framework.
  • You bring a proactive, result-oriented approach to complex analytical challenges.
  • You have strong communication skills to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English with basic knowledge of French.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with the implementation of DXC or GraphTalk platforms.
  • Possession of a BPMN certification.
  • Willingness to obtain a SAFe basic certification.

  • Work regime: Full-time
  • Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
