Our client is looking for a dedicated and motivated professional to fill the role of National Sales Manager & Key Account Manager, contributing to the growth of their brand across the Benelux region.
As the ideal candidate, you have a proven track record in management and key account strategies, complemented by a strong business development background within the pharmaceutical sector and pharmacies.

- Participate in the deployment of the commercial policy and operational functioning of its key customer portfolio:
- Develop and implement the annual business plan within your customer portfolio (pharmacy chains, groups, etc.).
- Manage negotiations with clients in line with an commercial strategy and client commercial terms.
- Ensure timely delivery of the right products and services to clients.
- Plan and forecast for your key accounts.
- Manage, develop a team, and track their objectives
- Lead a team of 12 people composed of 5 pharmaceutical representatives working in tandem with 5 beauty advisors, as well as 2 sell-out representatives.
- Recruit in collaboration with the HR department.
- Set objectives, assess, and develop your team members in alignment with their aspirations and business goals.
- Ensure good coordination and synergy between Belgian and global teams.
Requirements
- You have experience in commercial functions, with an emphasis on people management, key account management and business development within the pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic sectors, and the brand's challenges
- You are a strong negotiator with a proven ability to drive business growth.
- You possess analytical capabilities and a strategic vision.
- You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
